First, I was in a time crunch to secure a mortgage approval in order to secure a property and Shana was the only of 3 lender that responded to my inquiry on a holiday weekend. Then once engaged, she guided me through the lending process, explained everything to me thoroughly and patiently re-explained things at any time I needed her. She even got on a Zoom call with me at 9pm in the evening on very short notice to walk through the entire agreement to relieve my anxiety resulting from the many moving parts associated with a mortgage application. Buying a house is a stressful event no matter how many times you do it. The rental property I was buying was very dear to me so when I was able to purchase it I was so excited. There were many bumps in the road with credit and documentation that kinda threw me over the edge but Shana, like a true pro, handled them all and kept things moving all the way to the end. From the end of January 2021 as we were looking at new homes to buy, Shana Kay has helped us in every way possible. There were many offers we made and each time we needed a pre-approval on the respective home, Shana was very cooperative and always completed the paperwork well in advance to submit our offers. Finally, when one of our offers was accepted, Shana continued to work unceasingly and always picked up the phone when I called her, if I did not get her, she would immediately call me back, after either she got off the previous call or immediately after the meeting she was in. Even after the closing, Shana called me a few times to ask how everything was. I recommend her very highly as a Mortgage Consultant for anyone’s needs.
